The return of Mega Evolutions in Pokémon Legends: Z-A has sparked widespread excitement across the fandom. From the one-by-one unveiling of newcomers ahead of the title's launch, to players forming strong views on the full roster of new Megas, there's plenty for fans to look forward to.

With many of the Super Forms boasting distinctive appearances that highlight their traits, one thought naturally: How can connect this with astrology? This list is inspired by a blend of vibes, common zodiac traits, and individual observations.

Aries – Mega Camerupt

Honestly, Houndoom was nearly chosen for Aries, as both are the Mega Pokémon and zodiac symbol that inspire the greatest apprehension. However, a Mega Houndoom appears as constantly furious, which doesn't match the Aries vibe, known for being fun, cheerful, and impulsive. This makes Aries far more akin to Super Camerupt, which solely erupts when angered. Stay on the good side of both and enjoy a powerful partner; if you cross them, prepare to face the consequences.

Taurus – Mega Heracross

Much like a devoted Taurus, the reliable Heracross species, both in its regular and Super Form, has aided many players in Legends: Z-A. While trustworthy, both the Pokémon and a Bull are still battle-oriented, and – whether it's their companion or a strong opinion – will defend their position unwaveringly. The thing about Mega Heracross that recalls most of my Taurus friends, however, is its unashamed passion for snacks. Several past Pokédex entries note their craving for tasty sap and how it uses its appendage to collect it everything, which is true Bull-sign vibe.

Gemini – Super Medicham

Look at this total queen. You cannot tell me this creature is not the soul of any gathering, offering an constant fountain of gossip to those who wish to listen. Just like an captivating, sociable Twins, it's incredibly simple to imagine Super Medicham captivating an entire Wild Zone with their stories. Medicham’s official description also states its ability to foresee an enemy’s next moves, which seems quite like a socially-savvy Twins.

Cancer – Mega Manectric

The Crab is widely regarded as the most sensitive sign of the zodiac, a passionate symbol famous for frequently becoming absorbed in their feelings. According to the Pokédex, Super Evolution charges the Pokémon with a “tremendous amount of energy, but it's too much for Manectric to completely control,” which seems a lot like a typical Cancer crash-out. The Scales – Super Audino

Look at this sweet, sensitive being, who employs the sensors on its ears to tell how others are feeling by their heartbeat. Always compassionate – occasionally to a detriment – and trying to maintain the peace, there are many Libras who would probably appreciate Super Audino's skills. Though, to be frank, it would probably just cause them to stress even more about everyone else.

The Scorpion – Mega Banette

This Ghost-type is a creature with a surprisingly sad backstory: Abandoned as a toy, it became sentient through pure hatred and vowed revenge on its former owner. According to the official info, Super Evolution, “enhances its spitefulness.” That sounds precisely like several conversations I’ve had with my scary Scorpion friends. A Scorpio loves cosmic justice and comeuppance, making them the ideal pair with Mega Banette.

The Archer – Super Hawlucha

Each Super Hawlucha and Archers are constantly staging a performance. Being a Sagittarius personally, the amount of times I’ve called myself some variation of a “playful little jester” is countless. The showiest and most obnoxious Mega Evolution, its Pokédex entry even notes how it “poses to show off its power.” I would do the exact same thing if I had a Mega evolved form, making Super Hawlucha the most apt Archer counterpart I can imagine.

Capricorn – Mega Absol

Were you aware that a Super Absol has the ability to foresee calamities ahead of time? That exudes the exact same vibe as a Goat, who tends to always think they’re correct. Interestingly, much like a prophetic Mega Absol, they often are. It’s also the very first Mega Evolution that trainers meet in Legends: Z-A – just like a Goat to join the ground floor of the Mega trend.

Aquarius – Mega Chandelure

Detached element Water Bearer is possibly the non-fire sign that is most like a fire sign – its sister sign is Leo, and there are numerous memes about Sagittarius and Aquarius being chaotic partners in crime. Super Chandelure's dual Spirit/Flame typing fits perfectly with this, and the Mega’s overall intimidating presence is also very Aquarius. If you hadn't yet persuaded, the Super Form's description says it “draws in negative energy and converts it into power.” If that doesn’t exactly {encaps
